Description: The front desk officer provides exceptional customer service to guests. Individuals in this role must have excellent customer relationship management  and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilites: Visitors' first impression of a property often results  from their interaction with the front desk Protocol officer. The responsibilities of the Protocol officer includes handling and greeting of all the visitors, inquiring about the purpose of their visit in a very professional way, and consulting the visitor list if there was invitation, and coordinating with the relevant department. The position requires  adaptability and flexibility- especially when experiencing changes or  challenges in the workplace. Educational and Experience Requirements: The candidate must be a Graduate with good grades. Very good communication skills in English, Urdu and Pushto. A very soft spoken person with knowledge of Customer satisfaction. The candidate must be very presentable. 2 years of experience in the same role is required.
